Minutes of Last Meeting

Reviewed final draft of the Administrative Procedures concerning the Nominating Committee. Settled on language to present to Board. Reviewed and discussed contract template for Independent Contractor. Agreed upon form to present to the Board. Also discussed the definition of membership to be addressed at future meeting as well as procedures with Legal Counsel.
