The White Meadow Lake Women's Club is pleased to offer our graduating seniors the opportunity to apply for our Scholarships.
The White Meadow Lake Women's Club is pleased to offer our graduating seniors the opportunity to apply for our Scholarships. Through the hard work and dedication of our active volunteers, we can offer two scholarships. The White Meadow Lake Women's Club Scholarship and the Joy Weinreich Memorial Scholarship. Graduating seniors are welcome to apply for these scholarships once the current year's application is available. Eligibility criteria, as defined below, must be met for each application. Students can apply for both scholarships.
The White Meadow Lake Women’s Club Scholarship is funded by events and programs run by the White Meadow Lake Women’s Club. Our Women’s Club is comprised of dedicated residents, who volunteer their time to our community. As such, selection for this scholarship will be based on WML Volunteering & Community Service, along with academic performance, extracurricular activities, work experience, individual goals, and personal statement.
Eligibility for the White Meadow Lake Women's Club Scholarship consists of the following criteria:
• Applicants must be White Meadow Lake residents.
• Applicant must be a graduating Senior.
• The current year and all previous year's White Meadow Lake dues must be paid in full by deadline stated on application.
• Students must also have completed at least 2 White Meadow Lake Volunteer Hours during their Freshman – Senior Years of High School. Mandatory WML Volunteer Commitment will increase as follows: Class of 2022 - 4 Minimum Hours / Class of 2023 - 8 Minimum Hours. The minimum hours must be met by the scholarship application deadline.
• The completed Scholarship Application, including official transcript, must be received in its entirety by the White Meadow Lake POA Office by deadline stated on the application.
The White Meadow Lake honored the memory of long time resident Joy Weinreich with a scholarship in her name. The first scholarship was awarded in 2020. Selection for this scholarship will be based on the applicant’s ability to Honor the Memory of Joy through their volunteerism and dedication to the WML community. The Joy Weinreich Scholarship will be awarded annually at the discretion of the Women’s Club.
Eligibility for the Joy Weinreich Memorial Scholarship consists of the following criteria:
Applicant must be a White Meadow Lake resident.
Applicant must be a graduating senior.
The current year and all previous year's White Meadow Lake dues must be paid in full by deadline stated on application.
The completed Scholarship Application must be received in its entirety by the White Meadow Lake POA Office by deadline stated on the application.
Women's Club Annual Garage Sale!
Our 7th Annual community wide garage sale will be on May 15 & 16.
WML residents can register at the clubhouse from April 17 through May 14.
There is a $10 fee with proceeds to benefit the WML Women’s Club Scholarship Fund.

Surprise mom or the special lady in your life with a delicious breakfast on Mother's Day. Women's Club is offering muffins or cinnamon rolls, fruit, and Mimosa's to be picked up at our Clubhouse Mother's Day morning.
