Every year as Income Tax Season approaches, Homeowners wonder whether POA dues are tax deductible. The answer is NO. However, the portion of the dues applied to Real Estate Tax are deductible. For 2010, this amount is $56.72 for Homeowners and $14.18 for Lot Owners.

The Board of Directors has set the 2011 Dues.
Homeowners - $575.00 • Lot Owners - $143.75

The bill for the dues covering January 1st - December 31st will be mailed in December to all Homeowners and Lot owners. We mail this bill early to give you an opportunity, if you wish, to pay your dues in monthly installments. Dues are payable January 1st with a grace period to May 1st. The Dues must be paid in full by May 1st. After May 31st, a finance charge will be charged on any unpaid balances. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard and Visa.
