BIG NEWS-STICKER DAY!

The POA will be holding a “sticker only” day on Saturday, June 27th from 9A-1:30P.  Line-up will be behind the clubhouse on the lawn with social distancing.  Masks must be worn. Bring your POA badges & guest pass to get updated for 2020. We will not be taking payments so dues must be paid in full beforehand.  We will also not be taking any pictures for badges on this day. We are however handing out 2020 boat stickers.  If you have not filled out a boat application this year, you will need to do so & bring it with you. The application can be found in our February or March newsletter on our website. Boat stickers will only be given out if we have the proper documentation (boat certificates & registrations for any type of motor).  Please bring a photocopy of any necessary documents since we will not have access to the copy machine. This day is being held to alleviate crowds indoors once the office reopens.

PRESCHOOL SUMMER FUN 2020 IS CANCELLED

CAMP UPDATE:

I write today with news I hoped would not come to this reality. We are saddened after months of planning, to cancel our 2020 summer camp program due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please know this very difficult decision was made to ensure the safety of campers and staff. However, due to the everchanging landscape of COVID-19 precautions, this decision is a reflection of our strong commitment to White Meadow Lake.

One of the most concrete concerns is about refunds. The short answer is that all payments made for the 2020 summer will be refunded in full. Camp refunds will be automatic, no request to the office will be required. This will be an organized procedure with checks and credit card refunds.  This too is a new process for us and will take a few weeks to work through. Thank you in advance for your patience.

Sincerely,

Beverly Nemiroff

Camp Chair
