Synopsis of March's Board Meeting

• Appointed Howard Sakolsky Treasurer.
• Approved contract for replacement of the Front Entranceway, funds to come from Equalization.
• Approved contract for 2 Ballroom windows, 3 Doors, 1 Gold Bar Window, funds to come from Equalization.
• Approved DJ contracts for 2nd & 3rd, 4th & 5th Grade Parties - Mark Anthony Productions
• Women's Club WE-Play Activity was approved.
• Review Facility Use Request form.
• Camp Director Contract was approved.
• Geese Police contract was approved.
• Drum Pool area remediation - Approved CTL Engineering contract
• Festival Day Contracts were approved: Juggler - Will Shaw, Balloonist - Do Me a Favor, Puppeteer - Michael Hodypetros, DJ - Dr. J.
• Changes to the Adminstrative Procedures and Guidelines were adopted. They were: a guideline for Nominating Committee, an amendment for Committee Membership Criteria, and a guideline clarifying Family Membership.
• Approved purchase of a Lawn Mower.
