Maintains and operates the Clubhouse and adjoining grounds, entrance triangle and Seneca triangle. Processes all requests for use of the Clubhouse facilities.

The House Operations committee normally meets the second Tuesday of the month at 7:30PM. Please refer to the community calendar for actual meeting times.

Minutes of Last Meeting

We are looking into hiring a cleaning company to do a detailed monthly cleaning of certain areas of the Clubhouse. Agreed that it was time to move forward with planting around the Gazebo. We are looking at
the “First Aid” kits around the Clubhouse to make sure that they are properly stocked.
