Meeting Time

The Festival Day committee normally meets the first Thursday of the month at 7pm. The Committee does not meet in September, October, November or December. Please refer to the community calendar for actual meeting times.

Minutes of Last Meeting

Most contracts for vendors are completed. Hillman caterers stopped by to discuss food for Friday and Saturday nights. There will be kite flying on Beach 1 on Festival Day Sunday from 12-3.

Help us plan at our next meetings on Thursday, May 1st and June 5th at 7:00pm.
