Summary of Last Meeting Minutes

The Beach Committee is going over the proposals for landscaping at Beach 1. Based on rec ommendations from landscapers, we have changed direction from planting grass to using pea gravel. It should be much easier and less expensive to maintain and less likely to attract geese. Please let us know your thoughts. We are also considering letting residents donate the trees. Anyone interested in donating a tree (a plaque with your name will be affixed to the base), please let us know as there will only be a few available (it is a beach, not a forest).
