- A NON-REFUNDABLE $100.00 Deposit at registration.
- Please bring your child's birth certificate, if your child
has not been previously enrolled.
- All necessary forms, including the medical form, will be mailed
to you by the end of July, for completion & return to POA
Office before school starts in September.
- P.O.A. dues must be current by August 23rd.
- Child MUST be toilet trained PRIOR to start
of school in September.
- Full payment may be paid in two (2) installments. First half of annual fee must be paid no later than Aug. 23 & second half is due Oct. 18th.
- A $25.00 late fee assessed if not paid in full by October 18th, 2008.
- Pre-payments are available in the POA office.
