Important Notes |
- Basic Camp Fees (not transportation, Pre/Post Camp Care, l or Teen Travel programs) are discounted 6% if paid in full by February 17th, 2007. A retroactive discount will not apply if changes
are made after February 17th.
- Early Bird Registration with a 50% deposit must
be made by March 31st. ALL CAMP FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY JUNE 2nd. A late fee of $25.00 will be assessed if payments are made after June 2nd.
- Changes made after the original application will be assessed $25.00. This does not include upgrades from 4 to 6, 6 to 8 or 4 to 8 week periods. On any upgrades, participation on certain trips may be limited if tickets have already been ordered. Additional costs may result on upgrades to cover the cost of admission if it exceeds our original purchase price.
- Medical Record Forms are due Saturday, June 16th. for Medical Record Forms received after
June 16th, a Late Fee of $10.00 per form
will be assessed. Medical Record forms will be required
prior to camper attending Camp. Please call your
doctor now to schedule physical exams so these deadlines
can be met.
- A camper on special medication must have a special
"Medication Form" completed. Our staff will not
be permitted to administer medication without this
special form. It must be completed by a physician.
- Requests for Bus Transportation must be made by
June 2nd.
- Parents wishing to attend off-site trips must
sign up with the Camp Director/Assistant Director
in advance. Transportation, entrance fees and any
additional expenses must be paid by the parent.
Additional information and sign up sheets will be
provided.
- Campers should not be dropped off at camp prior
to 9:15 am and must be picked up prior to 4:40 pm.
A $10.00 fee will be assessed after 5:00 pm.
- Camp White Meadow is NOT responsible for personal
items lost by campers.
- 2 Day Teen Travel Program will have 2 trips per week. 2 Day Teen Travel program will be available for the entire 8 weeks, 1st or last 6 week sessions and 1st or last 4-week sessions.
- 4 Day Teen Travel will have 4 trips per week for the first 7 weeks. Week 8 will have 2 scheduled trips. 4 Day Teen Travel will be available for the entire 8 weeks, 1st or last 6 week sessions and 1st or last 4 week sessions.
- All Teen Travel trips leaving prior to 8:30 am or returning after 4:30pm, the drop-off/pick-up site is the Clubhouse parking lot.
