The White Meadow Lake Property Owners Association
is pleased to announce that members in good standing can now
rent the Gold Bar during unused shifts.
A rental fee of $25/hour provides private
use of the Gold Bar and Gold Lounge and shared use of the
Gold Deck for the period of the rental. If 25 or more adult
guests attend the event, the rental fee will be waived. The
minimum rental period is 2 hours. The maximum number of guests
is 50.
The Gold Lounge may be used for food service.
The renters may use their own warming trays or Sterno's. Kitchen
use is not included.
A Caterer may be used for setting up, breaking
down & serving only. Caterer must supply WMLCC with a
certificate of insurance and shall be a CERTIFIED
FOOD PROTECTION MANAGER. The caterer is not permitted
to utilize the kitchen or any other room with the exception
of the Gold Lounge.
Renter is responsible for cleanup.
All beverages MUST BE SUPPLIED BY THE WMLCC.
Renters and their guests are not permitted to bring any beverages
into the facility.
A security deposit of $200 is required at
the time of booking.
The date cannot be booked more that 60 days
in advance and may not conflict with other events.
