SWIM TEAM COACH: Swim team coach’s primary responsibility is to teach the skills, rules and strokes involved in competitive swimming to the individual swimmers. The coach is responsible and has the authority for prescribing and conducting swim team practice, maintaining discipline, and motivating swimmers in a positive manner. The coach must ensure the safety of swim team members in the water and promote sportsmanship, by allowing each team member, regardless of skill level, to participate in swim team events. Implement parent education program. Certifications: Lifeguard/Waterfront/First Aid, CPR/AED for Lifeguards, Safety Training for Swim Coaches, USS Level 1 Coach
ASSISTANT SWIM TEAM COACH: Assist the Head Coach in all aspects of the swim team program. These activities include supervision of swimmers, teaching and stroke correction and completing the necessary paperwork for meets and team record keeping. Certifications: Lifeguard/Waterfront/First Aid, CPR/AED for Lifeguards, Safety Training for Swim Coaches.
TENNIS PRO: Maintain and assign tennis courts. Check badges and guest passes. Administer and advertise organized activities. Conduct private and group lessons. Applicant is hired as an Independent Contract. Requires a Certificate of Insurance.

BEACH
WATERFRONT MANAGER: Primary responsibilities are to oversee the daily operation of the beaches and pools and administer the rules and regulations of the WML POA. This position requires considerable pre-season preparation and some post season work The Waterfront Manager is required to work the full season, which extends from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Must be available 6 hours per day, 6 days per week in season with no weekends off. Applicant must have experience with Lakefront lifeguarding and managing staff. Certifications: Lifeguard/Waterfront/First Aid, CPR/AED for Lifeguards, Certified Pool Operator, Water Safety Instructor, Lifeguard Management, Lifeguard Training Instructor

DIRECTOR

Primary responsibility to oversee the daily operation, administration and execution of the summer camp program. The camp is an 8-week program which runs from June 25, 2012 to August 17, 2012. Hours are 9:30am to 4:30pm. Enrollment is approximately 225 campers ages 4 to 14. The right candidate must be available for a considerable amount of pre-season work, before and after in season hours as well as post season work. Qualified candidate must be at least 21 years old, possess NJ Teachers’ Certificate, CPR certification and 2 years of administrative experience in an organized camp.
